πŸ“—Section 8: Criminal Activities

Rules #31-37

Rule #31: Party Limits

Description: Criminal activities that revolve around the need to set up and plan out the execution of the crime have restricted maximums of how many people can attend the robbery party. (These are subject to change)

  • House Robberies / Store Robberies - 4 people (2 vehicles max)

  • Car Boosts - 4 people (2 vehicles max)

  • Banks / Heists - 4 people (2 vehicles max)

This limitation ensures that criminal scenarios remain balanced and fair, without allowing for extreme external assistance or intervention. Additionally, participants initially involved in the scenario are the only to be present in the beginning of the scenario. Crime scenarios that have been at a standstill with police involvement for over 15 minutes allow for interference as long as its in compliance with 4 people MAX overall and 2 vehicles MAX overall. Crime scenarios that lead to a police chase that has gone on for over 4 minutes allow for interference as long as its in compliance with 4 people MAX overall and 2 vehicles MAX overall.

Punishments: Violating this rule may lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.

When planning and executing robberies or similar criminal activities, it is essential to adhere to the correct procedures and guidelines. This ensures a fair and immersive roleplaying experience for all participants. Creating fake hostages undermines the integrity of the roleplay and can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. This does not mean that known associates cannot be hostages, they just must be obtained in the same roleplay that any other hostage would be.

Examples: Asking your friend to pretend to be a hostage for a store robbery, instead of taking them by surprise.

Punishments: Violating this rule may lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.

Interfering in crime scenarios is allowed to an extent of only ONE additional vehicle with a max of TWO in an entire scene, including the initial vehicle. It's also important to stay in compliance with the Party Limits rule of 4 people max. Rule #37: Player on Player Robberies

  • Pocket wiping to an extent where a player has nothing left on their person is not allowed.

  • Token-based items (custom license plate, custom livery, etc) may not be taken. Any item a player purchases from the Tebex store is only valid for the purchasing player and can’t be robbed by someone.

Examples: "I robbed this person who had a gun and tons of food and I was really hungry, I took most of their food, their gun, and their phone, but I left them some food so they wouldn't pass out."
