## Rule #38: Restricted Areas

**Description:** Fort Zancudo and the aircraft carriers are off-limits without prior authorization from the staff team, as you would not have access to these places in real life due to their heavy security.

**Punishments:** Violating this rule may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.
